Transferring Avios to British Airways or Iberia

I can't transfer my Avios
Before you attempt to transfer your Avios, please ensure the following.
- First, that you can log onto either your British Airways or Iberia account on the respective airline websites.
- Secondly, the details on your accounts that you are attempting to transfer the Avios between are the same as each other. This allows us to verify you are the same person before transferring the balance.
If the details are not correct on your British Airways or Iberia account, please contact those airlines directly to get them updated. Otherwise please email us and we can sort that for you.
If you have followed both step 1 and 2 and are still having issues please log in and contact us via webchat at the top of the page.

I'm missing Avios from my Vueling Club or AerClub account
Please be advised the time it takes to award Avios varies from partner to partner. Please check Missing Avios and submit a claim if the award period has expired.
I'm missing Avios from my old Avios Travel Reward Programme or British Airways Executive Club account
The Avios Travel Reward Programme closed in 2018 and all accounts were transferred over to the British Airways Executive club. Please contact BA for Missing Avios queries.

Both the Avios Travel Reward Programme and our partnership with Flybe have ended and all accounts have been closed and transferred over to the British Airways Executive Club. Please go to britishairways.com to access your account using your new BA Exec Club details
